My complaint:
We have been loyal customers to this restaurant since it opened. Food was always outstanding. However the last 2 times we have ordered the chicken was terrible. First time we had chicken tenders which were tough and unflavored. Just last week we ordered a 12 piece bucket. The larger breasts were extremely rubbery and the meat was a gray color as well as bloody at the bone. This is very unsettling to us as we have enjoyed the food and ordered it as a family meal many times. Just yesterday my 96 year old mother ordered the ribs and they were full of fat. Very disappointing. We will not patronize this place again. Thank you

No need to resolve my complaint. I’m assuming this location is under new management or in these hard economic times the meat being used is substandard
