My complaint:
Went to location today at 1737 hours. Placed my order in drive thru. Paid and was asked to pull up and wait for food to be brought out. I ordered gizzards and a fish, both were to be combos. I asked for extra hush puppies as a side and was told they could not make as a side. Okay, but it’s been done before. I was waiting for food, took a drink of my tea, and it tasted bad. I sat and waited. They never stated how long I would have to wait (I know fish and gizzards are generally made fresh) but after 15 minutes, I went inside to get my food. I told an employee I was waiting on food. While he checked, I also told him the tea tasted bad, and his only response was ahhite which took to mean alright but that was it. No offer to replace or resolve anything. I did get the food, and to my dismay, it was cold. Not only that, I had ZERO (0) hush puppies and my wide had NO gravy for her gizzards. I did try to call store about a dozen times and only received a recording where they appear to be rolling calls to an unestablished voice mail, making it impossible to speak to anyone. Very unsatisfied with this experience.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full reimbursement, or replacement with hot fresh food, along with an apology. Also, reiterate how customers she be handled.
