Chick-fil-A complaint: Poor service

My complaint:

I am a regular drive thru customer – at least twice a week for break lunch, but today ya’ll blew it. 1) I did my normal order of: Bacon, Egg, Cheese Muffin Meal. I got the Bisquit Meal, which makes a mess. 2) There was no ice in my ICE TEA. 3) I also order a gallon of ice tea. When I pulled up to the window, there were at least 3-4 employees having a conversation about a catering customer, but nobody was getting my gallon of tea. I had to pull up out of the drivethru wait for my tea, and to top it off, there was no straw in my bag for my tea. Usually ya’ll are awesome, but today you suck I want a refund or at least a complimentary meal on my next visit. I work in the service industry, and I count on getting good service to start my day!

Suggested solution:

Refund my meal or provide for a courtesy meal on my next visit.
