My complaint:
Recently ordered from this checkers , I car pooled so three of us ordered food one ticket a fry lovers meal with Dr pepper.a pick 2 and save fish burger and fry burger.and 4 more fry burgers and a large fry used a coupon got it for 1$. We went through the line waited at window till paid then they wanted us to loop the building and wait at other window they did this with others as well.it was a pretty good wait we were crunched for time and the car was full we didn’t check the bags .we get to passing the food out and they got there food and the other food for the person we had no room for food was there but I was missing two fry burgers and the fry they gave me wasn’t large anddrink well I run back up to checkers get in line wait get to the window tell them the issue and they tell me to loop building and get in other line before I get there a vehicle darts I front of me for like 30 mins I’m waiting I was thinking this gotta be somebody waited on someone to get off work or something and they know I’m waiting in line .finally they talk to the worker then pull off I get to the window they asked me the same stuff again what’s the issue I said all was there except for the burgers and the fry was supposed to be large they make me wait for 10 mins then someone comes and says they had proof they handed me the food I said yes you handed me the bags here they are but these were missing and I gave them my receipt they say ok mam we need you to loop the building again and we will get the food for you are you crazy I just spent over a hour waiting on to burgers and a fry just refund me my money then I wasn’t getting in the line again 3 people were behind me . I said I will wait here for you to get my food well they said we haven’t even made them yet I said your not that busy I waited 30 mins on a worker to hook his friend or ol lady up with free food and they treating me like I would really wanna waist all this time on 2 burgers and a fry like I’m tryn to get something free !!! Are you serious!!! I pulled off they have my receipt the only proof I had yes Tru enough it was only 6$ worth of food but I work hard for that money and I was pressed for time and starving it was they only money I had so I went home Hungary and defeated. How rude they were and what is this looping the building crap they weren’t even hussling they were fooling around leaned up on the counters they should been working both sides not waiting people out to drive off. I have no proof of my transaction and the te it would take to back track the cameras is Ludacris but I would like my meal replaced seeing as I paid for something I didn’t get.but that’s not likely without my receipt so .I just hope you can have your team do better ! And really guys tryn to wait somebody out because you don’t wanna admit you made a mistake that’s just crazy and rude .thought your team was bout moving people through the line not maken them repeatedly get back in line what happened to the customer is right.just fix the issue and move on keep your customers happy that keeps business going.
Suggested solution:
Truly I believe they should be fired for the rude attitudes and the ordeal I went through just to get my food that I payed for because that was my last few dollars to my name.but without proof and I don't wanna cause anyone to go through the ordeal I did ,just keep your customers happy they will come back but I definitely will not pull around the building ever again or up at the window I will sit right there till my orders done 1st .I will never give my receipt up again either.
