My complaint:
I went shopping as usual in your Checker store in Grahamstown made payment at one of the tills and as I was going out of the shop from the entrance a security guy followed me and said he saw from the CCTV camera that I did not pay for some of items in my trolley (i.e. sparkling water, cheese, yoghurt etc.). He demanded for my invoice, and I gave him after checking he found out that I paid for all items in the trolley and at that moment I was angry for him to see me as a thief. I want the checker management to take up this matter as am badly affected and traumatized by this act of falseful allegation.
Suggested solution:
Call the Checkers management team(Grahamstown) to address this with the security guy punished for his incompetent action towards customers and I must be called for a formal apology.
