My complaint:
On Thursday, 9th February, assisted by the Manager in your Colony Branch, Craighall, I ordered a Small Tapas Platter through your Ferndale branch, which I collected on Friday, 10th February at 15h00. I am adding a photo which shows the platter I ordered (on the Left, as advertised by you), and a photo of the platter that I collected (on the Right) and paid for (due to time constraints, I was left with no option but to purchase the platter that was handed to me, but I had to purchase items from my local Pick ‘n Pay store so that I could offer my guests something that was acceptable. I have used online ordering from Checkers in the past, and the platters I purchased were identical to those advertised by yourselves. I do feel that this standard is totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
I feel that my money should be refunded, in full, and quality control implemented in respect of all online purchases.
