My complaint:
The banks in Texas all used to close at 6. Majority of people get off at 5pm and they changed the Bank branch locations to 5pm during Covid. That was fine, but it is time to change it back. People are back to work and trying to conduct business. I can never get to the bank when it is open. They are closed when I go to work and closed when I get off. They will not let me make an appointment to withdraw money and the ATM has a limit. The hours are still posted on the door as open until 6 pm on weekdays. I get it that nobody wants to work but you took bankers hours and made them even shorter. Could we Please go back to 6pm normal hours so that people can get to the bank when need be?
Suggested solution:
Close at 6pm as it still states on the door as hours of operation.
