My complaint:

Initially, I had a lot of slowdowns and speeds were way down on no corresponding busy times. When I contacted them repeatedly, a technician would show up and claim nothing was wrong. Eventually, I bought an internet monitoring device to prove they were not providing the 1GB speed and service. After several months I started sending reports showing the problems which were completely ignored unless you count a placating statement of, we are looking into it. Eventually, I replaced their modem with my own and almost all instances of errors disappeared. Again, I showed side by side comparisons of the data. Still no response as to why. Recently I had fully functioning internet until their employees worked on the utility pole and now, I have no service. I have repeatedly called and chatted with the only response being it will be a couple of weeks before they can check??? Each time I spoke with customer support (note: in Philippines with broken English) I received a different reason for it being down. Since I monitor incoming signal, I ed that it was something they did at the pole. I then followed my cable to pole and clearly saw that it had been disconnected. Again, no luck with company.

Suggested solution:

Reconnect service at pole ASAP
