My complaint:

So I purchased a vehicle through carvana. I took off a day to receive it. My delivery date then changed. Apparently they needed to get the car inspected and they didn’t know if it was going to pass. They scheduled for that same day at night. The delivery guy calls me and says that it’s past his delivery time and he’ll schedule me for another date (it was five days away) I worked that day .. it was delivered while I worked and it was raining. I pointed out the murky light issue to the delivery guy and he said if I have any issues to report it in the dashboard and it’ll be covered. Now the photos and imperfections that carvana has does not match what it actually is. There’s scratches and chips in the paint all over the car. Also the headlights are badly scratched and yellowed making it difficult to see at night. The car had needed to be jumped 6-7 times already. I reported concerns I had in the dashboard each time I had a concern in the 7 days . I work I have a whole job ., so me taking it to a place to have it looked at is quite hard and I didn’t know that I could just have carvana tow it and bring it back free of charge then . I reported every concern.. I went in on a Saturday. The place said they wouldn’t be able to look at it today because they were trying to finish up the cars from the week. Called another “silverrock” authorized place and they said the same . So I contacted carvana and explained and they said as long as I’ve reported any issues in the 7 days that it would be covered .. now today I found out differently after going in to fix the battery and the headlight cover. Cosmetic isn’t covered ., that’s thousands of dollars potentially that I’m paying out of pocket for . Now carvana wants to act like they don’t know anything.. that they don’t see my claims and that the car passed inspection . The lights work but the clarity is 50 % than what it should because it’s damaged! They don’t want to fix anything.. they are telling me to contact silverrock and silverrock has already told me they don’t cover cosmetic. Their site claims that they’ll fix any concern or replace the car in the first 7 days. They are saying everything is through silverrock. The photo I included is what carvana has ..
