Carvana complaint: Bad buying experience every step of the process

My complaint:

1. Delivery date rescheduled multiple times and delayed.

2. Car came with dents not indicated on the photos showing minor scratches and imperfections. They will not fix them saying I should have blown up the photos to see them for myself. (Of course saw it right away and ed the delivery driver who said to file a claim) Claim was denied.

3. Sunroof is leaking so took it to get fixed at BMW. Told by Carvana to take it to their preferred vendors of their insurance company Silver Rock, Firestone and Maaco. Neither of them knew what to do with it so I’ll be out of pocket even more… needs a new seal. $671tax

4. Temporary registration expired because Carvana made an error in the paperwork and now we will be unable to drive it for at least the next 2 weeks from the 6th to sometime after the 20th. At this rate, we’ll be lucky to get it before Christmas.

Offered $500 in credit but that will not pay for my car rental or ubers to get to/from work for 2 weeks. Nothing they can do… blah blah blah.

Suggested solution:

Provide additional compensation of $750
