My complaint:
Trying to get my car fixed, and it has been 9 days this has been going on, going back and forth with car shield and the repair place, this has become and nightmare and you all approved it to be fixed, and they received the part, but it was broken and repair place told you on 7/3/2023, and instead of sending a new replacement part, you all sat on this and now it is getting to the point I am very angry, I pay you every month my 100.00 per month for this service and I am getting the runaround, I do not understand why this is so difficult to get the part to the repair place so that I can get my car fixed PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
Suggested solution:
Get better customer service response to the customers, and you have to talk to 8 or 10 different people to get your problem resolved, and your vendor management is terrible, and this needs to be reassessed, and this is why people do not like Carshield. I am at a point where I am so annoyed by this whole process. And your management needs to step up and your employees and supervisor can even get my problems resolved. WHY?????????????
