My name is Leon McCoy Jr claim number 2168825. I took my car to the repair shop. Because of my engine problems. The repair shop told me that my engine needs to be replaced. The claim adjuster contacted the repair shop. My car was going to be repaired. When the repair shop contacted auto shield a different claim adjuster took over my claim and decided my claim. The original claim adjuster and the repair shop were talking on repairing my car. Now that a different claim adjuster looked at my claim and denied it. I pay my money to car shield every month and now I can’t even get my car fixed. That’s not fair. I’m struggling to keep my rent and bills paid. My car is my source of income to and from work. Please help me. The original claim adjuster name is (Felipe). A different claim adjuster denied my claim. Thank you
