Capital One complaint: Unprofessional and not helping the customer

My complaint:

I cannot pick up the phone every day, especially when I owe money on my mobile phone except the difference between my mobile bill and Capital One’s auto loan payment is that I’ve explained my situation countless times and still received a disrespectful, threatening, and unprofessional account manager. If I am NOT receiving unemployment benefits then I am unable to make the monthly payments of $237 and some change. Complaints were filed on BBB and complain.biz because you are not helping an unemployed loyal customer who lost their job due to the pandemic. Your company also didn’t hire me to work for you all so I don’t know when I will make a payment. I cannot pay $60.00 a week. I tried to pay $50 one week and then $50 another week. I have $0 unemployment income. Please stop charging me late fees. This is also preventing me from keeping my account current as well. I already owe your company missed monthly payments. Threatening me that you are going to push my account to credit bureaus isn’t helping my situation either. I spoke to an unhelpful, disrespectful, threatening and unprofessional account manager on 112321.

Suggested solution:

Please remove all late fees. Please hire me to work for Capital One.
