My complaint:
Capital one has now had funds since 2021. Now they are claiming they do not know where funds are. One agent claimed reversed and sent bank to irs. Contacted irs and nothing . literally capital one has stolen money
Suggested solution:
I want the 1400.00 rejected and sent bank to IRS asap.
