My complaint:
Capital one wrote off my debt in January 2023, in late March capital one contacted me regarding my debt, then proceeded to make arrangements with me to pay the debt and in April I paid 40 bucks on an arrangement even tho they already had written. It off which means they are trying to double dipdip, which is highly ILLEGAL!!!! Therefore, I want ny 40 bucks back, because I’m not paying them, when they wrote it off AND sold the debt to a collector which I DID NOT AGREE TO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Thanks. Jennifer Branch
