My complaint:

Hello, I will like to make a complaint against the company capital one . I think they have some of the worst customer I have ever encountered. Just recently my personal bank account was hacked into and not sure what occurred but kindly reported this issue to the bank and they kept my account open . A few days later without any written notice in advance I was sent an email by capital one stating they shut my account down because of the issue. I thought it was very unprofessional of them to not give any notice and than I spoke with their team and customer protection department who is very rude, unpolite and only belittled me and was not trying to help out at all . A manager by the name of Ray had me go a branch 6 hours away because he said that the department could do anything on the phone so advised me to go an branch withdrawal funds . So I did drive 0924 out to Dallas and the customer service at the Irving location was very unhelpful and unprofessional and the location forest lane the customer rep Arlene was very unpleasant and just not had terrible customer service and communication skills. I regret having capital one as my bank I have heard while in those branches that other customers accounts have been hacked and their accounts are still open and also these people froze my funds as well and have been giving me a very hard time in regards of this matter.

Suggested solution:

I would my complaint to be resolved by me being able to withdrawal all my funds that's in my account and consequences be took against the capital one staff who have been rude, unpolite, misleading and not wanting to help me with this situation.
