My complaint:

I applied for a capital one card and got approved for a 5000 card. I went to go pay my electrical bill and it got declined so I called them up and asked why. They informed me that they had found fraudulent actives. Which I found to be odd. So they wanted additional documentation. So I sent all the document they required and they proceed to tell that my documentation wasn’t good enough for them and restricted my card permently. Which is completely unfair. I did what they asked me to do and they proceed to tell me it wasn’t good enough. To top it off one Manger proceeded to lie to me and sat that its proceeder to ask for these documents. Which I ended up finding out that it was because there was fraud on the account. They completely lied to me
And then they think that I have to pay that back which is crazy. I will have to pay that back . So my credit stays good

Suggested solution:

They should reopen my account and apologize for lying and putting me through it
