My complaint:
Have pictures from my visit to the post office on the 10th of October showing my purchase of the stamps at a kiosk and me sending my payment of cash in the mail. They show that they did not receive the payment. Both times I sent cash payed off the penalty in 2020 even though I sent the payment so be it . By the way I still have not received my new card it has been since JUNE
