Capital One complaint: Can’t get them to fix my online account.

My complaint:

I can’t sign into my credit card accounts to make payments nor check balances. I have tried to correct this for the last 8 months with no resolve. Countless hours on the phone with foreigners from another country that were hard to understand. Capitalone has been given each and every document that they have requested from me to fix this situation and verify my identity. These documents have included 2 photo id’s and a wealth of other information that they requested.

It is not a good feeling to have to produce these documents and send them to a foreigner that you do not know. Really scary but it is impossible to get to speak to an American living here in the USA. Sick and tired of trying. I just need help from someone within the organization that can help me with this. I have 2 credit cards and have a zero balance simply because I will not use them when I don’t have access online to monitor my accounts and make payments.

Suggested solution:

Simply fix my online accounts - nothing more - give me access.
