My complaint:

1st go inside to check if manager- supervisor there. There is no one in the front offices, all have been removed. 3 cashiers.
I go to one just to ask for supervisor help. screamed at, not until next month. Go to the back of the line.

For what I have no idea. But since I was at the tellers why not put money down on my credit card acct. License she didn’t lie, there was nothing wrong with. Debit card and credit card. Filed out slip abusive. I finally left.

Hoped I could go to the drive thru next door.. GUESS WHAT she was there and refused to handle my transaction. Other girl she trashed me too. She refused to handle the situation.

I wanted the supervisor because there is a $3000 error to my credit card.

I was always able to get good help 11733 That’s East Setauket and South Setauket you closed with ZERO notice. TD BANK NEXT DOOR TOLD ME..

There were always people you could address issues with today nothing and staff abusive but that seems to be ok…

Suggested solution:

Get so proper help in your branches. Abuse is not ok because of COVID. Don't like your job quit.

Help that speaks and understands English on your phone. Phone are a horror. By the time we get to the person be are angry from the system and long wait time. People that understand what we are talking about, not just hang ups that we have to call back 4 times.

Situation as to my credit card. Call on the phone a very long time thought two situation resolved.

Then one is handled and the other all money gets taken from my acct again. YOUR errors. I was never sent a request for anything on either situation. One ok and the other one not. We are speaking of thousands not a dime. Rep stated she was going to close my acct number to stop either company from taking from my acct did not happen they are taking still. Years notg one month but you won't bother to resolve the situation. Told they ALL WAYS REQUEST THIS PAPERWORK.. Lie since American Home they did not, but met co Car shield they did. That just be another person.. I only spoke to one person and promised would be resolved. NON STOP CALLS FROM ME hang up and abuse non stop but its the clients fault. How much abuse can the client take before are not nice. I need all the CAR SHIELD money returned to my acct. To stop getting nasty grams... I am going to stop using the charge. I pay in full each money and cancel all accts. Plus my partner and my kids accts. Patchogue and Shirley LI NY have no staff to assist the clients.. I'm a RN and if I treated a patient like this I would have been fired on the spot... GET PEOPLE AT YOUR FRONT DES TO HELP CLIENT... Covid is over..
