Buffalo Wild Wings complaint: BWW doesn’t care about customers

My complaint:

Have gone to our local BWW (Mountaineer Blvd. Charleston, WV) on at least three prior occasions. I do not care for BWW but my husband loves their appetizer sampler. Every time we’ve gone, they’ve been out of an item for the sampler and they won’t substitute or sell the sampler without everything that goes with it. Our last visit on March 3, we called in advanced and were assured they had everything. We arrived within 15 minutes, ordered drinks and when she brought the drinks and went to take our order, we were told they were out of an item and couldn’t sell the sampler. We left and went to Applebee’s. I lodged a complain by phone and never got a response. I then lodged a complaint online and still no response. One can only assume it is because they do not care about their customers. We will not be returning to any location of BWW because of this. If their staff cannot work together to get it right and corporate cannot address customer concerns, they do not need our business. I’ll address my concerns with them through every online rating I can find instead.

Suggested solution:

Since they refuse to contact me and work out a resolution, new management at that location, something, the only satisfaction now is to watch their ratings plummet.
