British Airways complaint: Rude staff missed flight as documents had a problem while at the airport

My complaint:

I was booked on the above flight on September 12th but I had a problem with my locator form that was missing the passenger locator number and since BA don’t have any representative at Málaga Airport the the agency staff that are there some are extremely rude and unhelpful. I needed to have booked a PCR test, which I did, when I arrived in the UK as it was Sunday, no one was picking up the phone at the location that the PCR was booked (Chelsea Bridge Clinic) After numerous phone calls to that clinic a lady by the name of Josi answered the phone, and told me even though I had booked a PCR test, they had to register me for them then to issue the reference number that I needed to add on the Locator form to travel. By this time the flight had closed, I then asked the agency at the check in counter at Malaga airport if there was another flight and she said BA 255 to LHR. I had a car booked at London city Airport where I was flying into but because I did not tell them of the changes in time I lost 3 days money on the rental car that I had reserved. I then tried to get on the BA255 flight that was leaving later for LHR, and I had to call BA to do this as I was told by the checking people that I had to do this directly with BA. I logged on to the BA website and tried to book to get on the BA255, but without luck it did not work as the flight was closing. Now these days when you call BA its a load of different messages that you get, you have to hold on for ages and when someone finally answers then the earlier situation became worst. When someone finally picked up the phone and I explained what was happening and that I did not make the flight because of all the confusion with the locator form, she put me on hold for quite a while went and checked with someone and then in a rude manner told me that I had lost the money for BA7024, as I was no show. I told here how can I be a no show when I was calling from the airport and all that is here are agency staff who don’t care. Of course she was not listening etc. etc. I want BA to refund me back for this Business class ticket that I paid for, rudeness is now the norm these days with BA. I then got on another flight the following day, so I had to go and find a hotel for the Sunday night again paying more money. and the unhelpful of BA staff is really something that I did not expect. I booked a club class ticket and the reply from BA is basically they don't care and told me they cannot refund me back my money
