British Airways complaint: CHEATING ME OUT OF REFUND

My complaint:

BA is trying to cheat me out of a refund. BA cancelled 3 of our 4 flights to Ireland. They rebooked us at their discretion, which would have caused us to miss the first 1 12 days of a prepaid golfing trip in Ireland. So, we kept the first flight (only one that never changed), cancelled the second flight and booked on another airline, changed the 3rd flight and kept the 4th flight but had to spend the night in the Sofitel at Heathrow.(cost $$) Now, we are following their procedures to claim a refund for the one leg only that we had to cancel due to their scheduling, and jumping through hoops with phone calls, disconnected numbers posted on their website, tow agents telling us different information, and a basic I’m sorry. BA screwed our friends on a trip in march 2022 and they have yet to receive a refund! On that trip, BA changed the plane and our friends, who purchased Business Class seats, were not in Business Class from Austin, TX to Heathrow in London. Someone else sat in their seats! This is THEFT on every level. You buy something they sell you, and don’t get it, but you don’t get a refund??

Suggested solution:

Refund me what they owe us, the fare from Heathrow to Shannon. We're not asking for the $269 we had to pay to spend the night due to their cancellations and changes, or the cab fare from Heathrow to Gatwick to make the Ireland connection, nor are we asking for the $900 we paid to another airline to get us to Ireland because they cancelled our flight to Shannon. Just the refund for the two seats they could not provide service for.
