My complaint:
Before Boost merged I had insurance on my daughters phone was able to get a replacement in oct.22 everything was fine. All of a sudden I call July trying to replace her phone again only to find out she no longer had insurance only to find out when the system merged it accidentally TOOK HER INSURANCE AWAY AND PUT IT ON MY SONS PHONE WHO NEVER HAD INSURANCE PRIOR. So I’ve been trying for the last 2 weeks to get them to put insurance BACK on her phone where it originally was only to be given the run around and pretty much told its nothing can be done basically but yet I’VE BEEN PAYING THE INSURANCE MONTHLY. THEY ARE REFUSING TO PUT IT BACK AND NOW REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR THE MONTHS AFTER OCT. THAT I WAS PAYING FOR. LITERALLY OVER 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND 2 WEEKS LATER AND ISSUE STILL ISN’T RESOLVED THEY JUST KEEP PUTTING TICKETS IN AND JUST CLOSING THEM OUT WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION. THHUS IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I FEELL LIKE THEY STOLE/ STEALING MY MONEY
