Boost Mobile complaint: Refusal to replace my broken SIM card

My complaint:

My phone has been reporting a SIM Card Failure so I came in to get a new one. My phone was working fine, but has a cracked back.

He insisted the problem was my phone. My phone was ‘broke’ even though everything on it worked except the SIM. I asked him MULTIPLE TIMES to just replace my SIM card, each time he said it can only be done if I get a new phone. I told him if he would not replace my SIM, then I’ll just get a new carrier.

In the process to get a new carrier, Boost support has been a NIGHTMARE. They are not giving my port number over, not answering my direct questions for a port transfer number, and I had to get a Spectrum representative on the line just to ask the right questions before the told me I had to request it in store. I am now having to go back to the store to request it, and still won’t get it for 4 hours!

Meanwhile my phone has no SIM, no means to call. I have important work calls being missed and more.

My name is Kristian Snow, if anyone thinks I have a lawsuit on my hands then lets go.

Suggested solution:

Port my number over to spectrum, or give me a brand new phone so I can keep boost mobile according to the store employee's demand.
