My complaint:

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from a representative during my recent visit. This individual displayed narcissistic and arrogant behavior, which hindered effective communication. I paid $72.00 for the service, and I feel that the treatment I received was not worth this amount. I demand a refund for the poor service.

The representative took my photo without my consent, which I believe is a violation of my privacy. He was overly pushy and dismissive, often interrupting me and trying to make me feel unintelligent. This was particularly frustrating as I had already spent a significant amount of time phone and grocery shopping, and was exhausted.

His behavior extended to being verbally abusive and aggressive, making my experience at the store very unpleasant. He bragged about firing other employees and was dismissive of my questions, showing little patience or willingness to assist me.

Furthermore, his rude and aggressive demeanor was not just directed at me but also at his business contacts. He even threatened to disconnect my service and kicked me out of the store because he didn’t like my questions. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Additionally, I was concerned to see him sell a phone to an elderly man who did not have any form of identification. This incident raises serious concerns about the store’s policies and practices.

Suggested solution:

I would like my money back and free service for a year.
