My complaint:
Booked and paid in full for a stay in Rome. The property cancelled. No refund given. The steps I have had to take to get a refund is absolutely ridiculous! Then to make a complaint or try to use the app, it was all technical issues so nothing could be lodged. I finally am able to talk to someone on the phone and all I get is ‘we apologise. Booking.com will investigate’
Not good enough!!
Suggested solution:
By giving me my money back resolving all the technical issues they seem to be having.
