My complaint:
Sunday morning on Feb 12, 2023, my husband and I was at the drive thru window. The woman who took our order was very rude. My husband is 81 yrs old, he was reaching for his order too slow for her and she told him real nasty WHEN I MOVE YOU MOVE. The week before that she was also nasty, he told her the parts of the chicken he wanted to buy and she told him the parts SHE WAS GOING TO GIVE Him. This young lady should not be taking orders and dealing with the public.
Suggested solution:
She should be retrained or fired.
