My complaint:
I purchased a 12 Super Tailgate meal. 12 pcs. of chicken, 6 biscuits, 3 large sides and a 12 gallon of tea on my way home from work. I only live 3 minutes from the store. Once I got home My Wife and I started to dig in and the Chicken was literally beyond it’s sale by purchase by time. Dry and saturated in grease. I tried calling back nobody would answer the phone. I went to return product with receipt and were denied.
Suggested solution:
Being how I had my receipt in hand as well as the whole order chicken, sides, and biscuits just as it were given to me. Did not eat anything. Returned to the restaurant with complete order. When I asked for my money back. There are no reason as to why I wasn't refunded. They could have gave me my refund instead of arguing with me and telling me that they could not refund me.
