My complaint:
Last Thursday I went to Bojangles and ordered the 8 piece family meal all white meat with fries and dirty rice. When I ordered it I was told 20 minutes which was ok with me since I had asked for all white meat. I was still waiting 30 minutes later to which I was told that it was done and on it’s way out. I waited an additional 15 minutes (total of 45 minutes for my food). When I got home and started eating it with my husband it tasted really bad. No seasoning and undercooked, which after waiting almost an hour is baffling to me. I took the food back to restaurant and requested a refund for my order. The manager that I dealt with said she initiated the refund. She was very rude and refused to give me proof of the processing refund. So I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and trust she did what she said she did. However its been a week and I still haven’t been given my money back. I returned the food and still missing my money so i am out $30.79. I want my money back so please tell me what I need to do for that to happen.
