My complaint:
We turned around on 185 and went back to Bojangles as I had been craving a Bo’s Chicken Sandwich for about a month now. When we pulled up at 6:20 and went to the drive thru – we were told they had no chicken for sandwich’s only bone in chicken. I was highly disappointed as it was still early. We then looked up another Bojangles in the area and called them-they said they had chicken so we went there.

We waited around 15 minutes for our sandwiches and the workers were very nice. The fries were good and hot-when we bit into our sandwiches they were like leather or jerky I ate as much as I could as I am diabetic and was needing to eat.
We fed the rest to the dog who had a hard time chewing it.
I am very disappointed. I am still craving a Bo’s. That sandwich was by far the worst chicken sandwich ever.
Suggested solution:
I would like vouchers for our meals if possible - it was not cheap - I don’t eat out much so when I do it’s something I enjoy.
