Bojangles complaint: Extreme rudeness

My complaint:

Co worker went and order chicken sandwich combo with fries, and pink lemonade, and a small pinto beans., this was put on a gift card got back to the office, there was no fries, and tiny pinto beans. She goes back(2nd trip) tells person at drive in and was rudely told to come to the window, she gets to the window and begins to explain to the employee and she was extremely rude, which by the way is not unusual at this location, and slammed the window in her face, The first incorrect order was $ 8.79 and for the family pinto was $4.72, so for $13.51 total the order was still not correct, no fries and customer service sucks. Your corporate office should have Quint Studer come do some education for your leaders, employees so that you realize the value of your customers. While we are not always right there is always a right way to handle things and this location knows nothing about this. This is not the first time we have dealt with this type behavior but it will most certainly be our last. We have around 25 employees that we will encourage to not eat there anymore. We have several new local bakeries that have opened in the past year and we will most certainly encourage people to try and support them more. We do not want or need any coupons or free biscuits you just need to fix your store here since it on a very busy highway that gets a lot of vacationers.

Suggested solution:

Retrain the managers and employees. Hold them accountable
