My complaint:

I walked into the store on today 8/12/23 at 918 am noone not even the manager on duty acknowledged me mind you it’s 918am nobody in line but me smh went to the end of the counter and stood there for a good 3 min, their looking right at me and noone says can I help you or anything so I turned around to see if I was invisible or something. The manager on duty to concerned about what the person had ordered looking at the receipt and when she looked at she still didn’t acknowledge me so when I finally received the order the girl with the earring in her nose pretty much threw the bag at me. That was the most disrespectful unprofessional store I’ve been in.

Suggested solution:

Get Respectful professional people in the store that know how to acknowledge people when walking into the store or better yet fire them and start over because there is no telling how many other people that received that same disrespect.
