Blockchain.com complaint: Transfer of £104 to my BC account has disappeared

My complaint:

I transferred my first sum of £104 in order to fund my Blockchain account on the 16th of December 2022.

It immediately showed as pending.

After two days, the pending notification disappeared from BC and the BC app shows no transactions have taken place and my bakance still shows zero.

4 days later, the transaction STILL shows as pending on my bank app and has been removed from my balance.

So four days later, my £104 has disappeared into the ether, BC don’t appear to have it and neither does my bank.

My bank says the problem isn’t theirs and I should contact BC.

I have contacted BC via their messaging service, twice in the past 24 hours, but neither message has even been looked at, let alone actioned.

So no one seems interested in placing my £104 back Into my account or to answer my query, where is my missing money and why is BC ignoring my two messages.

Suggested solution:

Get my £104 returned to my bank account from whence it came.
