My complaint:
I have made a request to withdraw money from my bitcoin investment. Blockchain contacted me for verification and told me I had to pay the exact amount of money to them that I wanted to withdraw. The amount was 6k. I don’t have that kind of money so after speaking to George Davidson at Blockchain he advised me to withdraw a smaller amount of 2k and do the withdrawal in 2-3 withdrawals. I paid over 1250 for proof of fund. 4 days later I was contacted by Michael at blockchain who told me I can’t do several withdrawals and they needed more money from me, 1750. No way can I pay anymore money as I am broke after sending the amount of 1500 for tax and 1250 for proof of funds. I have been told my 1259 can’t be refunded with I think is disgusting. I have been messed about so much and bled dry of money and I have not seen a penny. I am extremely upset and stressed about this. I am broke and in debt thanks to this. I just want my money back and I’m going to forget the whole thing.
