My complaint:
Due to fault of your Credit Department My Credit balance was shown on backlog of my wallet and hence put on hold. As it was not reflected on dash board of my blockchain Wallet so I have been put to a great financial loss and harrassment in respect of my blockchain wallet ID.
I had also submitted my request to resolve my problem vide Ticket no.2660112 which is still open pending.
Suggested solution:
My backlog credit balance on hold should be reflected on dash board of my blockchain wallet
