My complaint:
I won $300 on a online casino the only way you could redeem your funds was cryptocurrency. So I opened a account wallet account on your website. It’s next to impossible to understand and even more impossible to locate the correct private wallet via mobile and not any easier locating it desktop. I was able to locate my funds on 05/27/2023 I’ve created many support tickets regarding this matter. I had the money funded to my wallet BTC and somehow swapped them for USD. I now been told I have to deposit $40 to even get my money back into my BTC so I can even get my money. I have been at trying to figure this out now since 5/22/2023 and nobody can give me any answers. I just want my money please
