My complaint:
I have signed up with bitstarz yesterday and played the 30 ndb spins, upon reaching the wager requirements and request nmy withdrawl of max 0.0028 btc I was told my device and ip address indicated I have multiple accounts which is physically impossible.
I got this device brand new and connected a new service plan with my device before even playing or signing up for the site so I am the first to use my ip and device they then confenscated my winnings.
Suggested solution:
Give me my winnings and allow me to withdrawal
