My complaint:
on Wednesday December 28th I deposited 4.92 I then played some slots but mostly table games by Friday the 30th I had won up to 0.051 bc which is $800 that’s when I apparently was credited with a Friday loyalty bonus worth around $5 from that from Friday to Sunday I had went up and down finally deciding to cash out on Sunday with a total of .0.032 which I believe is at least $500 I have been playing this casino for a while have cashed out at least four or five times you have to make sure that you can cash that money out when you click cash out it says available real money and on the other side it says bonus money or money that you can’t that’s money that is not cash outable there was nothing on the bonus side and it said on the real money available 0.032 so I elected to withdrawal 0.028 of my winnings to be deposited back into my cash app Bitcoin wallet. it said pending it showed that I had the .004- still on my bitstarz account but the deposit into my cash app was still pending. I waited an hour 2 hours still nothing so I decided to sleep on it and hoping it would be there in the morning but when I woke up it still wasn’t there so I contacted customer support via chat bubble where I was directed to a support person by the name of Levi he then informed me that my withdrawal request was declined because the $5 loyalty bonus that they added to my account when I had winnings my own winnings of over $500 due to that bonus all of my winnings were terminated because of a cap on the bonus that only allows you to keep 0.006 and forfeits all my winnings from that point on. that’s not okay I spent a lot of money on that website and to top it off in the day label it a loyalty bonus
