My complaint:
I love playing at bitstarz casino and have been a member for several years. However about a year ago the casino decided to take away my ability to deposit via creditcard or paysafe. The only deposit method that became available to me was BITCOIN
. I really don’t understand how bitcoin works and really don’t want to use this currency.
I have asked their livechat as to the reason why my normal deposit methods suddenly became unavailable. They couldn’t give me a valid reason. I have several friends who have accounts with Bitstarz and all of them have the credit card and paysafe deposit methods available.
I feel it’s very unfair I have been restricted with my ability to deposit!!
Suggested solution:
Allow me to be able to deposit via creditcard and paysafe.
