My complaint:
I was on BitStarz site when it glitched.. I was in the middle of a bonus round hitting big wins about half way through and when it restored connection I was just disappointed because my balance was 0.000 and I was up several hundred and the bonus round was not done yet so I contacted support and they told me clear my cookies and log back in and everything will be where it left off .. what a joke I don’t know where my money went and BitStarz could care less the support team tries to run you through a loop and talk to you like your some computer tech when all they had me do was delete all transactions and history of myself gambling on there site . So when the money and bonus round was never restored I have no proof that I was even gambling at the time of the glitch DON’T WASTE Your money on BITSTARZ, you will lose it all every time you deposit just know that you are not getting anything back you will either lose it to their tight slots or they will just make it disappear for you

Make it right I don't want free spins. I want my 225.00 put back on my Account
