My complaint:
I had been using Bitstarz for several years with issues.
On Friday 4th September 2020 I attempted a withdrawl from legitamtely won funds and bitstarsz ly closed my account without giving me any reason.
They stated terms 3.5
Bitstarz.com reserves the right to refuse to register an Account or close Your Account. However all virtual funds within Your Account will be returned and all contractual obligations already made honoured.
However they state that they will return all virtual funds which they never have done.
I would like the money I won returned to me ( I will give an address when ed as the one I used to use is no longer valid/in use)
