My complaint:

Last night I made a small deposit in Bitcoin at Bitstarz casino like I do pretty much every single day for over a year now. I was playing with the funds that I had deposited and noticed that bit Stars had given me 10 free spins. The spins had a 40x playthrough and a Max cash out of $100. I still have money in my account that I had deposited and I took the spins. Out of 10 spins I ended up with a little over two mbtc. I changed game several times I played about five or six games and I got through the playthrough requirement which was around $3200 in wagering. After I met my place or requirement I continued to play and I started hitting, I never went down and I was playing the $100 and the funds funds that were left over from my deposit I took it up to around 32 mbtc and I decided to cash out 20 mbtc. I continued to play for about the next hour I took the 12 mbtc that I left in my account up to 20 some odd mbtc and then back down to around 12 mbtc. In the middle of my game I got a message saying that my session had timed out and it forced me to log back in when I logged back in my balance was 2.1 mbtc which is about $100 and then the withdrawal of 20 mbtc was never credited to my wallet. When the session expired I had about 12 mbtc and the 20 mbtc was never credited to my wallet and there I was with 2.1 mbtc. I notified customer service immediately I was horrified because I am a continuous customer I play every single day I’m probably down $50,000 this year alone. I am the kind of person that when I hit I always tip these guys I send them Bitcoin as a tip and I could not believe that they would 30 mbtc from me. This is bad policy this is bad business this does not make me want to make deposits at that casino. I deposit at least $3,000 a month at bitstar’s and I lose most of the time and the one time that I’m doing well they take it from me and leave me standing there with nothing. After my playthrough was over I had buns from my deposit still left I had the $100 or 2.1 mbtc that I was playing and that’s where the 30 mbtc was generated from. In similar circumstances at other casinos it’s never even been an issue because I’m an ongoing client I’m a good customer and I rarely win and it’s a big hassle to withdraw the $100 only to redeposit it and continue playing so I just continue playing and that’s what I did last night I played after my playthrough requirement was met for nearly 3 hours to generate the 30 mbtc that they took. The customer service representative wouldn’t even negotiate with me she obviously has no clue on how to run a business this is really really bad business. There are too many people out there that are into free bonuses they do not make deposits they go from casino to casino and sponge off of them with fake email addresses and whatever I’m a paying customer and I play every single day and I felt like I was raped last night. That was totally cold and heartless. I’m a retired man and I live on a fixed income and that money could have paid some of my bills. I just feel that this is totally wrong and I think that they should do something even if they split it with me give me 15 mbtc we’ll call it a day and I’ll continue to give them my business or they can keep it like a bunch of thieves and lose my business forever. As far as I’m concerned it’s the principal if I continue to play there and give them my business how can I look myself in the mirror knowing that they stole my money there are too many other casinos that would like my business. I never thought in a million years that bitstarz would do this to me.

Suggested solution:

I believe that considering the fact that I play at their casino every single day and have done so for well over a year maybe a couple years now that they split the difference with me and credit my account 15 mbtc and we can call it a day and get on with it. That 15 mbtc means a lot to me and very little to them. I'm a small fish in a big pond full of big fish and that 15 mbtc is a drop in the bucket but it would mean a lot to me considering that I earned it over 3 hours playing six different games I earn that money.
