My complaint:
I have an account with Binance have a trading account too. while withdrawing from the trading platform to Binance the withdrawal failed now my account shows as Freezed.
The Trading customer support team has asked to recharge with 10% of the balance only then would be able to withdraw. It is a16z company. Email id given is btc.invest.btcoin@gmail.com have mailed but not resolved
Suggested solution:
They should Unfreeze my Trading account without asking me to recharge let me withdraw as its my own funds
