My complaint:
To start we was only a couple going for what we thought would be a nice meal ! To then order starter they come out one wrong order ! Witch took them 10 minutes to bring the right food witch of corse is no good sitting as a couple and now one eating one not ! By this time being ignored by the staff and told to wait ! Order 2 more cocktails for them to only bring 1 how hard is it only 2 on the table ! Then our main meal come out and again wrong ordered beens to go with the stake got cabbage order 2 lots of chips got one ordered garlic toast nop it didn’t turn up then my partner cut In to he’s stake and it was cold omg how rude the manger come told us that he will get garlic toast took the stake away 5 mins later the toast comes with the manger and the same bit of stake back the his response was we put it back on the grill shocking he then just turns walks away so again I asked the staff to get him back as all now ruined foe them to hand my a 97 poud bill ! So I said no I will pay for the drinks and my starter and that’s it where the manger then made me walk to his till where I asked for his name to file a complaint to be told he won’t give his name ! How disappointing was this night
Suggested solution:
Well to be fair at least a apology for how bad we was treated and spoken to by 2 members of staff and maybe a offer of a meal at one of your different restaurants !
