My complaint:

On the 18th May 2021, me and my boyfriend visited Big Easy in Chelsea to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. The service was terrible, I understand that they were busy post lockdown but the restaurant did not seem prepared at all to handle the customers. We waited about half an hour to be served the first time, the food took so long to come as well. After the food had arrived everything seemed to be fine, we ordered the unlimited shrimp, however, it took so long for the second lot of shrimp to come we had lost our appetite. We also waited what seems like forever to get our bill. Everything seemed fine until later on that evening when I was woken up to my boyfriend writhing in pain. His stomach was causing him lots of pain to the point he couldn’t even walk properly. After a little while he was sick about 3 times. He had all the symptoms of food poisoning, after being sick he seemed okay and we went back to sleep. I am really disappointed with the service at Big Easy, Chelsea as we took a while to choose where to spend our anniversary. We also paid £81 which for what we got is a lot of money.
