My complaint:
On arrival waitress appeared to be blasé when serving us, we ordered a non-alcoholic frozen lemonade slushy for our 3 year old daughter( clearly stating it was for our daughter and it was the non alcoholic frozen lemonade) we then waited 15 minutes for the drink which did not to arrive. we then waved her down to check where the drink was saying “ I ordered a drink a frozen lemonade for my daughter” . Anotherer waitress brought over the drink in less than 5 minutes.
While my daughter was drinking the slushie it was only by pure chance that I decided to taste the drink myself and then to my utter shock taste alcohol in the drink. We asked the waitress is this frozen lemonade to be told oops no that is the kickass slushie (vodka and lemonade) sorry I ordered the wrong drink by accident. If I did not double check the drink by pure chance by 3 year old would of drunk the whole alcoholic drink unknowingly. My 3 year old daughter could of suffered serious intoxication by a imcompetant waitress who only had oops to say for ordering a alcoholic drink for a 3 year old instead of listening properly and ordering the non alcoholic lemonade slushie. I am abolsutely shocked and outraged at the incident and it will be lucky if the sips my daughter took of the drink doesn’t further affect her! Unacceptable on all levels!
