I promised my kids to go Orlando Florida this summer. End of the June Kids bags ready and every single second asking me when we have to go . my budget was very limited. I work hard as a nurse even during COVID-19 my life situation was last two years not easy. Now about my issues: on websites postet valid picture ID , n first day charge if no show up , and blah blah blah. She really made me cry. She already change my mood and I didn’t wanna kids also crying go home imagine it’s really painful for children first because they didn’t go which place do you want to take with even those please record and make it into the reason this time is not the money it’s a passport but what makes me more crazy I waste my time I make another reservation to a holiday I paid another 350 $, and believe me I didn’t belong pay $700 for just hotel rooms. If I knew it, I would go to Vegas definitely a little bit more other than go Florida but not for this place and you know what I told Priceline third person asked them to call I was so nervous. I was my time two hours behind of everything and it’s only because another hotel girl was nice. I enjoy later and later I found out the best customer charge me three $50 why is it fair I didn’t eat I didn’t drink I was really really limited budget financially difficulty didn’t pay half of my bills but paying for rich people best Western why I haven’t stayed or if I would stay I would pay I have a stay and I came all the time the only person who was saying something it was from desk and it wasn’t my fault. OK you don’t want me a Hwy recheck me that’s fine I go to holiday but who you are to charge me and the story it’s really unbelievable story and I’m gonna post of the story because my pain how come people charge me if I didn’t see if they give me emotional so much pain that they double charged for different hotel rest time with the priceline on the phone please refund me my money and don’t forget about moral support. This is really unbelievable I’m calling every day dear Jasmine, this is unbelievable I just I just don’t want this money to be with them. OK this is not right this is not right I am behind everything. It wasn’t my fault. I want to cry I’m crying every day I’m crying like a little girl because they took something from my kids. Charge money from people who not show up but not who save money for kids in the huge problems and you eat my money logically think how you would feel at this case just keep gift I can’t Twix pensive gift.
