My complaint:
ON MONDAY, AUGUST 29, 2022 I CALLED THE BEST BUY STORE NUMBER. I SPOKE WITH HEATHER, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. SHE WAS POLITE WHEN I SAID I HAD PURCHASED AN ELITE 7 PRO TW EARBUDS ON AUGUST 6. I TOLD I KNEW OF THE RETURN POLICY OF 14 DAYS AND ASKED IF I COULD EXCHANGE FOR OVER THE EAR EAR BUDS THAT WOULD NOT FALL OUT AND ARE COMPARABLE IN PRICE. SHE SAID THAT BEST BUY’S POLICY IS FIRM. I TOLD HER THAT THEIR POLICY IS NOT HER FAULT BUT THAT IT IS UNFAIR TO THE CONSUMER. SHE SAID I COULD GO TO BEST BUT WEBSITE TO FILE A COMPLAINT. I HOPE YOU ALL MIGHT HAVE SOME SUCCESS WITH MY COMPLAINT( AND I AM SURE THOUSANDS OF OTHERS) WHO ARE STUCK WITH PRODUCTS THAT ARE PROBLEMATIC AT SOME LEVEL.
