Bell Canada complaint: Poor Loyalty Service

My complaint:

August 2023 6.30-7.30pm EST conversation with Sam:
To his credit he was very civil and calm, persistent but was unable to provide me the information I requested/required.
I wanted to know the cost of bundling services with Bell (by adding an additional service to existing services) for which I am not the current account holder (although I pay for them). I may in the future get them transferred to me.
Bell (by extension Sam) would not provide me any details; nor connect me with his Supervisor, even after providing fake requested personal details.
So how do you shop for Services?

Fundamentally, when inquiring about Package prices/deals/etc Bell should NOT make it mandatory to provide Name, Address, email, phone number - I understand that Bell has to validate provision of services but not INSIST on info; after all when shopping around for services in a City, the competition is also servicing the same area! (yes Provinces vary, but I know of the various companies that service my location, as Bell has also called to install their services here!!!)
